Built on Community and Thriving
While most may see just a sports complex, Bill Noble Park and its staff are gearing up to launch four seasonal community events in the year 2024. While the park is mostly known for hosting a wide variety of sporting events, its staff started planning on bringing in the community that may not be involved in sports. Last year the park hosted a Fall event, Pumpkin Palooza and a Christmas event, Christmas Village at Bill Noble Park.
The 2024 calendar is packed with four major community events: Spring Bash, Summer Block Party, Pumpkin Palooza, and Christmas Village at Bill Noble Park. Each event features children and family activities, vendors, food trucks, and loads of fun. The community not only gets to enjoy these events and the best part of the event is that all activities for families are free for anyone to come and enjoy.
Spring Bash is the first community event of the 2024 season, taking place on March 22nd from 5pm to 9pm. During the event kids will take place in an Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt around the park and can participate in an egg toss game. While the kids are enjoying the scavenger hunt, parents can vote on their favorite car or truck during a car show, visit 22 different vendors or one of the six food trucks that will be onsite. “We are super excited about Spring Bash and seeing all of the laughing and happy faces collecting eggs, crafting pipe cleaner flowers, meeting our vendors, and honestly just getting together as a community. We have a Bill Noble Summer Block Party on June 27th which will be all things summer and fun, and then a Fall Event on October 25th, I can already smell the pumpkin chunking from here and then we will close out the year with Christmas Village where we try to make our park truly feel like a Hallmark movie. It’s going to be a great year and I know the Bill Noble Team is excited to celebrate it with you!” said Jessica Mahaffey, Local Programing & Special Events Manager.
“Bill Noble Park is based on community and hosting these types of events give us a chance to interact with our local community that might not be involved in one of our sports programs” said Caeley Guthrie, Marketing & Customer Relations Manager.
Spring Bash on March 22nd will be followed by exciting returning and new events. For more information about upcoming programs, the event calendar or booking special events, please visit Bill Noble Park’s website.
